Yes, all CCSU residents must have a Meal Plan. You will select your meal plan when you register for on-campus housing

Yes, commuters, faculty & staff may purchase a Meal Plan. We offer 3 block style plans to accommodate any schedule.

In our Resident Dining locations, Memorial Hall and Hilltop Café, we offer a large variety of Vegan and Vegetarian options. We also have a specified station called "Simple Servings" that excludes milk, eggs, wheat, soy, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts, and gluten from our daily menus. For more information, please contact General Manager, Jonathan Small.

You can make arrangements through the Health Services on campus or, by contacting Jonathan Small, General Manager.

Meal plans are non-transferable and cannot be shared. You may use Flex Dollars, Blue Chip Dollars, cash or credit to pay for guest entrance into Memorial Hall or Hilltop Café.

Vending machines are separate from campus dining and accept cash, credit and Blue Chip dollars.

You can check your Flex Dollar balance here. Flex Dollars expire at the end of each semester.

Flex Dollars come on every Resident dining plan and can be used for purchases at any of our on-campus dining locations where meal swipes are not accepted. You may also use Flex Dollars when brining guests into Memorial Hall or Hilltop Café. Blue Chip is the CCSU campus currency and is accepted like cash or credit at all on-campus dining locations as well as elsewhere on and off campus.

Flex Dollars expire at the end of each semester and do not roll over.
